Feb. 6: Connecting & Planning With the Moon~ In this class we'll discuss the many ways the moon can influence our lives. From partnerships, to projects, to vacations and traveling, and everything in between! Come learn how we can use this energy to improve the outcome of the things we do with our lives!

Feb. 27: All About Dandelion!~ We all know (hopefully!) by now how nutritious dandelion can be for us, but in this class we'll chat about alllll of the benefits and the hows and whens of harvesting! Are the roots better to harvest in spring, summer, or fall? Once I harvest the plant, how do I make medicine? And are the flowers useful in any way? We'll talk about all of this and more!

March 6: $10 Introduction to Carrot Family Plants~ Our region's most edible - yet deadly - plant family! Edibles like carrots, parsley, fennel, dill, and cilantro/coriander make up this group, but so do the poison hemlocks and toxic wild parsnips. Learn easy ways to determine which is which in the wild, to save yourself and your family by avoiding the harmful ones while outdoors.

March 27: Infusions and Decoctions~ Learn how useful these forms of plant medicine can really be. Learn how some folks have been able to forgo dialysis treatment by drinking herbal infusions regularly and how we can improve our overall health to avoid illness and improve our energy, and so much more!

April 3: Backpacking First Aid~ Hiking hacks to lighten your first aid kit for long-term backpacking trips or to aid others while outdoors on the trails. This info is also useful for being outdoors in general-- picnics, playing in the park, walking the dog, and so on! Learn about plants that help staunch bleeding as quickly as it starts, ease the annoyance of mosquito bites, keeping ticks at bay, and lots of other tips and tricks!

April 10: $10 Curbing Plastic~ Here we'll talk about many ways to push beyond our recycle bins-- things we can do each day to make our human footprint much smaller. We will also make a natural foot soak for you to take home-- bring your own container for bonus points!
